Share and score candidate interviews asynchronously
💡 Why should I learn this? Collecting candidate evaluations from multiple team members helps reduce bias and increase accuracy in hiring decisions. If someone on the hiring team is unable to make a scheduled interview, you can share the recorded interview with them after and give them the opportunity to score and share their feedback. Their feedback will be included in the overall candidate summary to use when making your hiring decision.

Share a completed candidate interview for a team member to score
Once a candidate has been interviewed, their interview record will be stored in their candidate row under the relevant interview round in the position page. In order to share an interview record with a new team member:
- Click the overflow menu (three dots) in the far right of the candidate’s row
- Select the Share for Feedback option from the menu
- Add the new team member’s email address
- Customize your email message for the team member (or use the templated one!)
- Click Save
- Add another person or click Save again
The team member’s will receive the invitation to score the interview. When they’re finished reviewing and scoring, their scores and notes will be included in overall feedback summary for candidates.
