Launch an interview guide from a calendar event
In order to launch your interview guide from your calendar event, you need to have already set up the recording in the Hireguide platform (or someone needs to have set this up for you). If you haven’t done that yet, learn how to set up a recording for a scheduled interview first.
Once the recording is set up, you can launch your guide in a few easy steps:
- Open the event details for your calendar event for your scheduled interview
- In the details section, find and click the Hireguide link
Your interview guide will launch in a separate window using Hireguide’s live interview app. That’s it! Join your call, and start interviewing.
Product Reminder
❗️ If you use auto-record, you will need to launch the interview guide from the position in Hireguide instead of your calendar event. You can also manually embed the link for an interview guide in your calendar event beforehand by copying it from the position page and pasting it into the event details.
