Set up your JobScore integration

💡Why should I learn this? In just a few clicks, Hireguide integrates with JobScore to streamline your hiring workflow. Hireguide imports job and candidate details from JobScore for a seamless hiring experience. 

Step 1: Find your API key in JobScore

To  generate an API key in JobScore: 

• Sign into JobScore, and access the API Key settings page here.
• Click Add API Key
• Provide a name for the API Key and click Add
• Copy the string at the top of the page after "API Token Successfully created" 
• Save the API Token somewhere as you will need to enter it in Hireguide

Step 2: Add your JobScore ATS API key to Hireguide

After you generate the API key in JobScore, log in to Hireguide

• Access Workspace Settings via the navigation bar on the left side of your screen: Settings > Workspace

• Find and select the ATS Integrations tab in the toolbar at the top of the page
• Click + Add Integration in the top right corner of the screen, and a modal will appear with a list of ATSs
• Find and select JobScore from the list

• Click Continue in the next modal to give Hireguide access to your JobScore company account
• Enter your JobScore API Token you saved in Step 1 when prompted
• Click Submit

That’s it! Hireguide will begin syncing with JobScore and may take a few hours to complete. Hireguide will send you an email when the integration is successful, and your ATS will appear in your Hireguide ATS Integrations page (see example below).
