View all focus areas for a position
💡 Why should I learn this? Your focus areas determine exactly how you are evaluating your candidates for a given position. View position focus areas to ensure all focus areas are being covered with questions in your interviews.

Access your interview plan
In your position page, you’ll see the title of the role towards the top of your screen. Below the role title, you’ll see ‘View and Edit Details.’
- Click View and Edit Details to expand a menu with details about the position
- Click View Interview Plan towards the right in the position menu
This will bring you to your interview plan where you can view all focus areas covered in the position.
Navigate your interview plan
In your Interview Plan, you will see your focus areas displayed in rows and your interview rounds displayed in columns. The numbers displayed in each cell indicate how many questions in a particular round assess your focus area.
🤓 Best Practice Tip
If a focus area contains 0 questions, you should add at 1-2 questions to ensure it gets covered. All interviewers should view be familiar with the focus areas being covered to create alignment on how candidates are being assessed.
To add a question directly from your Interview Plan page, hover over the round title in the column header, and click Go to script when it appears. Now you can add or remove questions from the interview guide as you please.
